SENDING MOCKUPS:
Within 72 hours of purchasing, a PDF will be e-mailed to you with your personalizations in 20 different fonts. After you pick your favorite typeface, we'll then photoshop the final look onto a pair of shoes to give you a visual & get you excited! **This is FREE offer that expires June 5th, 2023 at 11:59pm PST. Normally an extra $25 fee.

You're a confident fox that knows exactly what they want. If you choose NOT to have photo proof, your personalizations will be painted with the default layout & font, as seen in photos.

PLEASE ADVISE: My shipping rates & time frames DO NOT include handling. For example, paying for 1-Day Express Shipping doesn't mean that if you place an order today, you'll receive it in 1 day. If an item states there is a 2 week wait, it will ship in 2 weeks using a 1-Day Express shipping service.
When ordering 2+ items with different turnaround times, your items will be mailed together at the latest ship date. For example, if you have 1 item that is Ready-To-Ship & a 2nd item with a 3 week wait, I will ship both items in 3 weeks. So, if you want item to ship sooner, it may be easier if you place 2 separate orders.

-If you compare some of the top 10 shoe brands in the world, you will find that nearly all of them have different measurements.

-A brand may say that UK 6 =US Women’s 8. While another brand may say UK Size 6= US Women’s 8.5.

We truly don’t want to enforce strict policies, but many customers provide incorrect contact information & if there is something regarding your order we need to contact you about, we shouldn't have to spend weeks trying to reach you with no response.
We are not asking for your info to spam you....we need your contact info because you’re buying a custom, made-to-order item & we may have important questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. If we’re unable to contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be delayed or cancelled without refund.

Please, consider I’m just a small business & this is a hand-crafted item, which can take many hours or even days to complete, so I cannot offer returns or exchanges, unless there is an error made on my part.
I ask all customers to read my FAQs section for better understanding of sizing & color references. I do believe taking 5 minutes to read this will help you place the order exactly as you need, plus save so much more time & headache.
I set all my orders up to be a positive experience, but mistakes can happen. If there are any errors made on my part, please contact me immediately. I will provide a shipping label, where I can fix or replace the item immediately. You will NOT have to wait the standard time frame a 2nd time.
